Spent all day today setting up the auto watering system had a few little glitches but all working ok now.

The control device with timer controlled ball vave to turn water on and off.

The main supply pipe Tee's off first for the Tomatoes

Down to tomatoes

Then hanging basket No. 1

Then down to the blueberries and some plant pots

Then from the tee off point on to basket No. 2

Then to hanging basket No. 3 and wall flower troughs

Putting beans in and it pouring down with rain hopefully it should settle them in as long as not too cold for em.

Here it is Mk 4 version with the addition of drilled holes and cable ties at top replacing string and knots. Makes it easy to position canes.

The advantages of this design are.

1: It allows rain and light to get to the plants better.

2: When the beans are ready to pick they hang outside the frame making it easier to harvest them.

Bean frame almost completely finished.

Got the rest of the bean frame completed and all painted (picture shows almost finished) It is temporarily screwed half way to enable easy painting.

My Automatic watering timer arrived today.

My auto watering timer came today the tubing and microdrippers to follow.  A more reliable and eficient way of watering great for holidays.
