hiya all I have just joined , I live in liverpool and have a good size garden that snakes around one side of the house, the main part is grass and flower beds, but the side part, the best bit is my allotment he,he I have 4 raised beds and am just about to plant 4 trees around, apple, plum, pear, and cherry, I already have 2 apple trees and a pear tree, but hey, cant have enough fruit trees can you.

This year I grew runnerbeans, leeks , onions , tomatoes ,sweetcorn, potatoes, carrots, and rhubarb, I have a rasberry, blackberry and loads of strawberries as well, my crops were really good this year, no blight at all , which is amazing, I have recently had hubby build me a greenhouse, so watch this space he,he, its fantastic,

one thing I could do with help with is composting , I have two composting bins , but they donts seem to be composting down as well as I thought maybe I am doing something wrong any help would be greatly appreciated, and good luck to the new site I think its great . speak to you all soon tc janetsdream xx
