Very similar here on the west coast - it's been REALLY blowing all day - but dry. Weathermen promise a calmer day tomorrow with sunshine & then FROST, although I doubt if we'll get more than a white dusting of groundfrost here. It has dried up quite well under foot though.

A pleasant but cold day today, just saw some friends off the premises to find the cars covered with ice already (8.30pm)

Did go down the lottie to add some more stuff to the bean trench and do a couple of little jobs.

Red sky tonight so hope tomorrow will be a good one.

One of those dark, grey, damp days that requires the lights on in the daytime and waterproofs even though it wasn't actually raining.

Did turn to rain in the evening and it will seeming rain on and off through the night.

Glad I had the fire when I did, it was almost all burned away by yesterday evening.

took my two big boys a walk intending to go to the allotment afterwards but the heavens opened and rain stopped play. At least I got my two long haired white german shepherds indoors before they got to look like walking mudballs.

Oh well tomorrow's another day now where's that teapot -  HTT:-}
