New house/unidentified plants!
« on: August 22, 2017, 01:58:05 PM »
I've just moved house. The garden is - by my standards, anyway - rather large, which is great.
However,it's a well established garden and ,to my shame - lol - there are loads of plants that I cannot identify.
My evenings seem to be spent going through some of my books to try and put a name to a plant.
There are worse ways to spend my time!!!

I'll do that!! But I better apologise in advance as there are many. The garden was established in the 1920's and covers about an acre.
EG: there are about 10 well established clumps of bamboo - all different, and numerous perennials so...don't say you've not been warned! lol(1)

Every spring when your garden comes alive it will be like opening a treasure chest :). I'll try and help with the identification but can't promise anything. I have been wrong more than once  Blush:-(, bring them on  chrs:-)
